The meeting among other things discussed the state of the Municipal Ambulance Service, situational reports on COVID-19 and vaccination, drainage systems at the Dunkwa Hospital, Update on the outbreak of Lassa Fever, social campaigns on awareness on preventable diseases and malaria
The meeting sanctioned massive social campaigns on radio stations and information centers on preventable diseases and adopted an approach to curb the perennial flooding at the Dunkwa Hospital. Again Health Directorate was charged to ensure quality service delivery by private health facilities within the Municipality.
