The Assessment team from Local Government Service arrived at the UDEMA office from Diaso around 3:30pm.
The exercise started with various Departments and Unit heads and staff presenting their files to be assessed based on the approved indicators
The team patiently discussed strength, lapses and observations with staff.
At abt 8:30 pm the exercise came to an end and an exit conference took place play the office of the MCE with the MCD chairing the meeting.
The MCD welcomed and thanked the team and asked them of the outcome of the exercise
The team presented their observation based on the indicators given and commended staff for their patience and apt was.
