On 30th May 2023, the Chief Director at the Central Regional Co-ordinating Council Mr. Kingsley Agyei-Boahene sent a wireless message to some selected district/municipal assemblies in the region about his visit which is part of the regional monitoring exercise, meet management on performance contract of OHLGS and RCC between MCE and MCD and finally meet staff.
This meeting was scheduled on 31st May 2023 but postponed.
On 7th June 2023 distrct/Municipal coordinating director Mr Asumah Adam Braimah alerted staff of RCD's visit to the assembly.
On 8th of June 2023, Chief Director vsisted Upper Denkyira West Assembly in the morning and proceeded to Upper Denkyira East.
Chief Director first met Management of the assembly at the office ot the MCE and met staff at the Assembly Hall at 1:45pm
The Municipal Coordinating Director welcomed Chief Director on behalf of staff
Chief Director in his address to staff started with a roll call of staff
He spoke concerning the Performance contract and urged staff to ensure all indicators are well met to lift up the position of the assebly and the region at national level.
He spoke about lateness to work, upsenteeism, postings, transfers and attitude of staff especially in relation to politics.
He urged staff to take part of the Insurance package from the OHLGS.
There was an open forum for quesitons and suggestions.
