MUNICIPAL PLANNING AND COORDINATING UNIT (MPCU) MEETING-UDEMA
The Upper Denkyira East Municipal Assembly held its Municipal Planning and Coordinating Unit (MPCU) Meeting of the Second Quarter of the year on Thursday, 25th July 2024 at the Municipal Conference Hall in Dunkwa-On-Offin.
A self-introduction of Heads of Departments/ Agencies and Units was led by Mad. Hameeda Otabil-Municipal Planning Officer.
The Municipal Chief Executive-Hon. Ebenezer Forson Appiah welcomed all Heads of Departments/ Agencies and Units. He disclosed that the government should be commended because the Municipality has seen more developmental projects.
He indicated that not to talk about the DVLA Ultra Modern Office Complex, the Dunkwa-On-Offin Main Lorry Station, the New Municipal Assembly Office Complex among others.
Mr. Emmanuel Kwabena Amwanchimbey-Municipal Coordinating Director and Chairman Municipal Planning and Coordinating Unit (MPCU) welcomed all Heads of Departments/ Agencies and Units. He wished members a fruitful deliberation.
Series of presentations of Second Quarter progress reports were made by some Heads of Departments/ Agencies and Units present. The rest were asked by the Municipal Coordinating Director and Chairman Municipal Planning and Coordinating Unit (MPCU) to send them to the Municipal Planning Officer.
