DR. FESTUS AWUAH KWOFIE (UDE MP) ENGAGES STAFF OF UDEMA
On Tuesday, 16th February, 2021, Dr. Festus Awuah Kwofie had a meeting with Core Staff and All Staff of Municipal Assembly. The Municipal Assembly is the ad-hoc pivotal institution that spearheads the chunk of development in the Municipality.
The meeting witnessed the enquiries into the works of officers in the various departments and their strategic policies to keeping the departments functional. The heads of departments of the various units in the Assembly took turn into spotlighting both the minor and major setbacks that hinder and mal their work at the Assembly.
After Dr. Festus Awuah Kwofie's meeting with the various frontal departmental heads, he engaged with the junior staff of the Assembly whose work both directly and indirectly affects the success of the Municipal Assembly and hence the municipality at large. Since the primary group of workers in every organisation and institution are the Junior Working Section, some of the challenges they faced were taken noticed of by the Honourable Dr. Festus Awuah Kwofie who would later revert to the Assembly on the surmounting of almost every challenge they face. He assured the junior staff of his staunch and wilful readiness to their needs at all moments and sensitised them on the need to work consciously like they always do to bring successes to the Municipality.
As a promise of leadership of the people and for the people as well that downrightly works for tr people of Upper Denkyira East, Dr. Festus Awuah Kwofie continues with this supervisory and familiarisation visits in the other institutions - it is a dawn of efficient and effective institutions in the municipality
