The core staff of the UDEM had its first meeting with the MCE, MCD and the MFO to delibrate on
1. Time/Attendance: The MCE urged staff to ensure they clogg in or sign in attendance as early as 8:00am and close at 5:00pm with 1 hr break
2. Attitude: He urged staff of having Meetings required within the year and putting right things in place in order to meet requirement during assessment.eg. DPAT and Performance Contract.
3. Motivation of staff.: He incouraged staff to work deligently to Generate more IGF to pay CASUALS even as early as every month and to motivate staff
4. Avoid non staff of performing official duties
5. He also asked for assignment of NSS and attachment staf for office activities.
In Other matters: the core staff thanked the chief executive and the stressed on the need to comply on all discussed agenda. the finance officer also reminded staff of the compulsory use of the GIFMIS app. these and other matters that concerned office activites were discussed
