The MCE HON EBENEZER FORSON APPIAH the Chief of Dunkwa, Okoforobour Obeng Nuako III and his entourage as well as Nana Gyekye Anim, Denkyira Abakomahene Denkyira Amoafohene, Mr Alhasaan Yakubu, Municipal NADMO Director visited the stores at the Central market and the main station to engage with the traders.
The engagement brought out many issues and the need to decongest the market to ensure easy access for people to do business in the market. We advised the shop owners to avoid showcasing their wares on the road.
This is the second time the MCE has engaged the women in the market since assuming office. A taskforce has been set up by the assembly to be available during the next market day, to ensure total law and order in the market and on the street.
