The Ghana Audit Service - Dunkwa, conducted audit exercise for the 2021 year for the Upper Denkyira East Municipal Assembly two months ago and came to succesfull end on 17/02/2022 and held an Exit Confernce at the office of the MCE with Managment, Departmen/unit heads and core staff of the assembly.
The Audit team presented a draft report which delved into two main areas
1. IGF
2. COMMON FUND
After the presentation on findings, observation etc. the team allowed management, heads of department/unit and staff to correct, ask questions and respond to their findings.
After the meeting the MCE had a short meeting with the staff and encouraged them to keep up with thier hard work, be part of clean-up exercise on saturday 19th February 2022 at the palace of the Denkyira Hene which was toward the inaugration of the palace and the funeral of DEKYIRA HENE.
