Today 14th March 202, at 12:00pm at the office of the MCE, Core Staff of municipal assembly had a meeting and delibtlrated on petinent issues.
The MCE who chaired the meeting, listed and spoke on areas for discussion.
KEY AREAS.

1. The assembly's engagement with the people via radio discussion
2. Staff attitude towards work: reporting time, avoidance of lateness and absenteeism without permission
3. Assistants of heads of unit/department and other staff of the unit must ensure to be at post or office when substantive officer is not around.
4. Staff must ensure to give feedback to official request by management
5. Staff must ensure to Work within time when an assignment is given.
6. Internal DPAT committee report should be submitted
7. A roaster for a clean up exercise in first week of every month to be drawn by the Environmental Health unit
8. Revenue: assembly doing well in revenue mobilisation and must keep it up and use every possible means to keep it up
9.Staff must get involved in revenue mobilisation and generation when doing nothing
10. Works Head to ensure removal of some containers earmarked for removal
11. Traders at Ayanfuri Station should be relocated to the space created at the ECG Station to pave way to Ayanfuri lorry station development.
12. Dutch Ambassador will be coming to the assembly tomorrow 15th March 2022 to inspect a project and staff must be at post on time
13. The arrangement, organisation and funeral of Od33fuo Boa Amponsem III begins today 14th March and staff must ensure to follow rules and regulations such as "Ban on noise making"
Assistant Director I, Mr Nicholas Akowuah who sat in for the Municipal Coordinating director commented on the areas of discussion and reiterated that two Revenue task force team have been set up one headed by Principal internal auditor(HoD of internal audit) the the other headed by Himself. The team will have meetings and soon will be seriously working toward revenue mobilisation.
The Head of internal audit and other staff also commented on areas of discussion and raised other matters and the meeting ended successfully.
