EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
Meeting was scheduled on Wednesday, 24th August 2022 at 10:30 am.
Meeting was chaired by the MCE and MCE to deliberate on report from all meetings of the sub-committees of the assembly.
Report were presented by chairpersons' of the various sub-committees beginning from ​
1. Finance and Administration sub-committee
2. Works sub-committee​​​​​​
3. Social Services Sub-committee
4. Development Planning Sub-committee
5. Agric Sub-committee
6. Justice and Security sub-committee
And
7. Agric Sub-committee
Others matters were deliberated upon:
1. Request from the zongo chiefs
2. Transport Business Request
