STAKEHOLDER MEETING UNDER INTER-SECTORAL SERVICES DELIVERY PROJECT
Meeting was held on 1st September 2022 10:00AM at the Agric Confernce Hall to ensure the active participation of key stakeholders in the inter-sectoral services (ISS) delivery project being implemented by the Department f Social Development in collaboration with UNICEF and the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development.
Stakeholders invited were given notices of invitation on 24th August to this Review meeting.
The MCE and MCD attended, chaired and opened the meeting.
The MCE welcomed all members and charged all to help in discussion and deliberation and come out with decisions to help children in the Municipality, He further requested that a strategic plan comes out to curb teenage pregenancy as it is on ascendancy in the municipality.
First Presentation was led by Mr Joshua ALABI head of social development depatemnt on activities undertaken by Social Development Depatemnt.
Second Presentatio was also led by Mr Michael Aidoo MIS Officer at NHIA-UDEMA on enrollment of Pregnant Teenage mothers on the NHIS platform and the challenges
Third Presentation was by DOVVSU on cases of Gender -Based Sexual Violence Against Girls, boys and women.
