MANAGEMENT MEETING WITH OCCUPANTS OF B.O.T STORES
The management of the Municipal Assembly invited all occupants of B.O.T stores at Dunkwa Soro for an important meeting to discuss issues concerning the renovation of the B.O.T Facility and any other issues of concern.
On Friday 9th September 2022 at the Municipal Assembly hall at about 11:00am the meeting started chaired by the MCE, and supported by the MCD, Presiding Member, MFO, Agric Director, Works Engineer and some heads of Department and core staff of Central Administration.
The Finance and administration committee chairman, also assembly member for Canary road Hon Isaac Owusu Afriyie was the M.C for the meeting.
Attendees introduced themselves and the MCE opened the meeting addressing that the state of the B.O.T Facility was not in good shape and was important to engage the occupants of the stores in stakeholder consultation. He reiterated that the financial strength of the assembly cannot only resolve the identified problems. He thanked the occupants for heeding to His call for the meeting.
The Municipal Works Engineer also detailed the identified issues on the Building/Facility
Occupants were involved in discussion and came into agreement with management to support financially in renovating the facility with agreed laid down procedures.
