The Upper Denkyira East Municipal Assembly on the 20th of september 2022 organised a one day training workshop for the newly recruited staff and the Client Service Unit.

This Capacity building training was done with invitation of resource personnel:

MSC CONSULT LTD

training was for the client service unit and other staff on Customer service as well new entrants being given training on Local Government Act 2016(Act 936) and Local Government protocols.

 

MODULES for the training of client service staff were:

1. WHAT IS A CLIENT SERVICE?

2. ELEMENTS OF EFFECTIVE CLIENT SERVICE

3. PRINCIPLES OF GOOD CLIENT SERVICE

4. KEY CLIENT SERVICE SKILLS

 

This training is also part of gaps identified under the DPAT IV (2021) for which the Assembly intends to fill.
