Welcomes all and informs members to take such meetings seriously and attend as such cus such meetings helps in addressing specific issues with respect to unit or department.
The meeting is for heads of department and must not be represented by any other officer of the department
members were asked to introduce themselves
The MPO was asked to speak abt municipal action plan which he said such report involves all activities of the unit and dept of the assembly.there is diff in collating such report from the units and dept, such report hv timelines which is a referwn hope for the DPAT Exercise. Anual progress report captures such and it is adviceable for all to submit report on time.
Getting report from dept is very difficult and that members must help n submit on time.
Report must be in soft and hardcoppies
The MCD said the core mandate of the assembly delivers services and so management must sit and talk abt their report on action plan which refect in DPAT.
