The Municipal Information Service Department is responsible for disseminating government policies to people within the municipality.
The Department is tasked with the responsibility of sensitising and educating citizens
The Municipal Information Service Officer engages the FM stations within the municipality in educating citizens and the people of Upper Denkyira East.
The Department also reports on the Assembly’s monthly activities and Daily activities and ensures that these reports are duly submitted to top management of the municipal and the Ministry respectively.

Office of the Municipal Assembly, Abankesieso and within the premises of NCCE, chapel street.
